Back amongst the best climbs in the Surrey Hills, not even my painful Achilles and a bit of rain could wipe the smile off my face today. Everything seemed to be on my side one this ride. Cafe’s in the right place, meeting some nice cyclists to chat too, plenty of respectful drivers. What could go wrong today? The odds were about a 25% chance of wiping that smile off my face!
