A Delhi Police officer visited the office of news website, The Wire, in Gole Market area, today apparently for routine checking; The Karnataka HC quashed a notice issued to Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari by Ghaziabad Police asking him to appear in person for a probe into a communally sensitive video shared on the platform; West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will be the new chairperson of the parliamentary party of the Trinamool Congress.
