Alamanda Shopping Centre, Putrajaya's first shopping mall is a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. With over 160 specialty stores, it offers a mix of international and local brands, making it a one-stop destination for fashion enthusiasts.
The mall underwent a multi-phase upgrade that expanded its net lettable area by 27 per cent, adding 199,000 sq ft of retail space. The transformation has allowed for a broader tenant mix and upgraded public spaces.
The 'new' Alamanda currently operates at a 95 per cent occupancy rate, with its tenant base increasing to more than 170 retailers from 139 prior to the upgrade.
Among the key additions is ESCAPE Putrajaya, a 151,548 sq ft outdoor adventure park integrated into the mall's layout. The attraction anchors Alamanda's expanded leisure and family-oriented offering, alongside existing entertainment components such as a 10-hall TGV Cinemas, a 26-lane U-Bowl X and family karaoke facilities. Tenants such as Aeon Big, Cold Storage and MR D.I.Y PLUS also anchor the new and improved mall.
