Hey, we meet again 👋

This song came from a place of longing—for that someone.
It’s like I touched them once… and then they vanished.
But I didn’t want it to be just about physical yearning. I wanted it to feel deeper—something that lingers in the soul.

That’s why I used ambient layers throughout the track, and added a soft chorus near the end. It made the emotion feel even heavier… in a good way.

The lines “You linger, somewhere in the dark” and “Still reaching, but you’re just too far”
—they give me this image of someone reaching into the void, almost desperate, aching... but not quite hopeless.
Maybe a little dramatic? 😂 I guess I’m a bit addicted to sadness sometimes.
