In this discussion with Chris Tisdale, we'll be covering PCGS & NGC Set Registry and Top Pop or High Pop coins. It's a slightly more advanced topic that concerns the ways in which a lot of the higher end coin collectors own coins and compete with one another to put together the best sets of coins out there. It definitely revolutionized the coin industry and probably is the reason that PCGS dominates over NGC in terms of how people understand them. We also discuss 'Top Pop' coins in terms of what they mean and how they can be at the top of the coin markets - as well as if they'll continue to hold. We also touch on the surface of whether or not coin markets and grading companies are playing games with us or not.
