A "hazardous materials incident" at the Pentagon is prompting hazmat crew response.

According to Arlington Fire & EMS, multiple units, including their Hazardous Materials Team, are currently working the incident alongside the Pentagon Force Protection Agency's Hazmat team.

According to the Pentagon, the incident was caused by an air quality issue found by one of their systems.
