Today i walked 10 kilometers on gravel, BAREFOOT! I did also an 18 hour fast.
Walking barefoot on gravel is a good training for the nerves in your foot. It makes your foot stronger and less sensitive.
If you walk barefoot you need to walk on different surfaces, thats very important if you want to make progress!
