There is a cinematic pack with the Heart of the Swarm version. However, if you have only Wings of Liberty, you can still install this cinematic pack.
1) Install the Wings of Liberty version, follow the instruction.
2) Install the Cinematic Files from the Heart of the Swarm version.
3) Delete "SCBW Campaign Launcher" in the maps directory and rename "SCMR Campaign Launcher" to "SCBW Campaign Launcher"
4) Create a folder in the Maps called "Starcraft Mass Recall"
5) Copy all the maps with their folders into "Starcraft Mass Recall." Yes, unfortunately you need a copy in the main map directory and one in the SMR directory.
Now follow the steps in using SCEditor to create the savefile. You can now play this version with cinematics.
