Scope and Content: Reel 1, the 308th Inf. band plays in Mouzon, France. Trucks are loaded on a freight train at Verdun. Pres. and Mrs. Wilson and Gens. Pershing, Liggett, Nolan, and McAndrew review troops at Humes. Wilson and Pershing address the troops. Gens. Pershing and Alexander inspect decorate, and review 77th Div. troops at Soleames. Reel 2, Pershing speaks to French civilians. Gen. Lewis decorates Gen. Alexander at Le Mans. Gens. Lewis, Berry, and Dugan review the 35th Div. Gen. Alexander reviews the 305th F.A. at Malicorne; decorates 304th and 306th F.A. colors at Noyen; presents the D.S.C. to 308th Inf. troops at Chateau-la-Roche; decorates 302nd Field Signal Bn. colors at Sable; reviews 304th and 305th Machine Gun Bns. at Pricigne; decorates 306th Machine Gun Bn. members at Vion; and reviews the 306th Inf. Reg't at Grez-en-Bouere. Reel 3, Gen. Alexander views drill exhibitions, tug-of-war matches, a baseball game, stage performance, and track and field meets at Sable-sur-Sarthe.
