What you’ll need to make the perfect Causeway Old Fashioned:
60ml Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
20ml honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water - Tasmanian leatherwood honey recommended)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Pinch of sea salt (to lift the sweetness & add a coastal nod)
Ice (for stirring and optional block ice for serving)
Orange peel (for garnish)

Note: Amounts are to make two cocktails.

Method:
Add 60ml Bushmills 10 Year Old to a mixing glass.
Pour in 20ml honey syrup.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Sprinkle in a small pinch of sea salt.
Fill the glass with ice and stir to dilute and chill (about 20 seconds).
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange peel twist.
