1979 Orange Scout II - Drivetrain Overhaul from the IH Parts America Shop

Описание: On this video Jeff discusses the latest project to roll out of the IH Parts America shop. This 1979 Scout II came in for some transmission work as it had a GM 700R4 conversion done to it at another shop and they botched the installation. The IHPA crew corrected the transmission conversion, had the transmission itself rebuilt, and then followed up by rebuilding the original IH 345 engine. We found the previously installed Holley Sniper fuel injection system had two fuel pressure regulators, the original one that comes installed in the Sniper, and an adjustable external one. The Dana 44 rear axle was completely worn out and was replaced with one of our CPT Ford 9" axles. The crew also replaced all the original wiring with one of our Autowire wiring kits.
