In this session, you’ll be guided through the gentle technique of witnessing — learning to watch your thoughts as if they’re playing out on a movie screen, or drifting by like clouds in the sky. No need to force your mind to be quiet. No pressure to do it “right.”
Witnessing is one of the simplest ways to reduce stress and feel more grounded. It helps you create space between you and your thoughts — which means you’re less reactive, more centred, and better able to handle life as it comes.
