Chicken Taco Egg Roll Recipe | Episode 150

Описание: I love making different kinds of egg rolls. Just seeing what will work rolled in that awesome little wrapper and fried up is always a blast. I mean some things really just don't work when I try to stuff them in an egg roll, but you know what this one works.. I mean it REALLY works lol. The Chicken Taco Egg Roll is just incredible. This is one that when served for guests (who am I kidding make them just for yourself lol) they will really love these and ask you to make them all the time.

Total Time: 20 Minutes
Makes: 12 Egg Rolls

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 lbs. Chicken Breast, Chopped
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg, Beaten
1 Tomato, Diced
2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
1/2 Cup Water
12 Egg Roll Wrappers
1 Onion, Diced
Fresh Cilantro, Diced
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
