Oats Paniyaram is a great snacks / breakfast or for evening tiffen which can be prepared instantly. All we need is Oats, sooji and the spices usually available in our kitchen. This is very tasty and easy to prepare.

Serves : 4 to 5
Ingredients:
Instant Oats – 1 cup
Rava (Sooji) - 1/4
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil for Frying paniyaram
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1/4 cup Grated carrot
1/4 Red capsicum
1/4 Chopped coriander leaves
How to make Instant Oats Paniyaram Recipe
1. To begin making the Instant Masala Oats Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe, we will first dry roast oats on low heat for 3-4 minutes and add to a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of water and soak the Oats for 1/2 hour.
3. After soaking for 1/2 hour grind the Oats to a smooth batter by adding 1/2 cup of water and 1 tsp salt.
4. Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add 1/4 cup rava (sooji), 2 tbsp curd, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 grated carrot, 1/4 chopped red capsicum and 1/4 cup coriander chopped leaves. Mix well.
5. Heat paniyaram pan, drizzle oil in it and let it heat up.
6. Pour spoonful of batter in the paniyaram pan and cook till the bottom crisp up.
7. Flip over and cook.
8. Serve with chutney.
