Pir Mehr Ali saw the profhet Mohammad Sallallaaho Alayhe Wasallam in his dreams.
He asked the profhet Sallallaaho Alayhe Wasallam for a wazifa to protect himself from black magic because the Qadiani/Wahabi's were harrasing him with black magic.
The prophet Sallallaaho Alayhe Wasallam advised him the wazifa mentioned above.

Read this and do dam (blow) on yourself or at the targetted person.
