ENVIRONMENT & ECOLOGY
Env eco (shankar ias book) . To be Frank I didn't referred this book , it's too bulky and cost benefit ratio is very low .

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Listen sc and tech means it's the applied sc and tech portion - biotechnology, nano technology , laser technology , defence technology, etc . For those topics u can randomly see in the youtube.
Current affairs plays a imp role . So be through with current affairs.
