Aaron Benanav is a post-doctoral researcher at Humboldt University and incoming professor of Sociology at Syracuse University. He is a social theorist and economic historian, whose work focuses on the global dynamics of under-investment and unemployment which are driving modern capitalism.
After joining us in May 2021 to present on his book "Automation and the Future of Work", Aaron came to speak to us again and expand on his work on the possibilities of a post-scarcity future, where humans could be alleviated of the burden of labour.
