There’s a soft, quiet loneliness in it all: the sense that somewhere, someone is hearing the same song at the same moment, on a train, in a tiny room, under a fading sunset.

Every now and then, those invisible lines cross—through a melody, a glance, a shared silence—and for a heartbeat two separate worlds touch, before the crowd moves again, one left, one right, and only the echo of that meeting remains.
