Introducing our new ranking chart--K-Pop Fandom Favorties Top 30! I've been wanting to create a ranking chart that has the fans in mind with a weighted scoring system.

K‑pop Fandom Favorites Top 30 is a weekly fan‑voted rankings chart that puts the power directly in the hands of the fandom. No streams, no sales—just pure fandom passion, one vote at a time.

What it measures: Total fan votes submitted through this YouTube channel.
Fan voting is a fundamental part of K‑pop culture; shows like M Countdown allocate up to 15% of their scores to global fan votes; however our chart is purely based on your votes through a ranking system! Your favorite song for the past 5 weeks (December 24th-January 28th ) your 1st favorite gets 10 points, 2nd favorite 9 points and so on and so forth! This allows for a broader range of songs from a variety of different fandoms to be seen!

Why it matters: Fan voting fuels the competitive spirit of K‑pop—organized fandoms coordinate voting campaigns across time zones. Massive vote counts (e.g., MTV VMA’s 2024 K‑Pop category sees 500 million votes) demonstrate how fans can drive real, measurable outcomes. My hope is to one day turn this into a measurable chart where we give kpop groups awards for your fan voting! It's a big dream, but we have to start somewhere right?

How it works: Each week, fans submit their ranked votes through the Google Form linked below. All valid votes are tallied, and the Top 30 idols/groups are revealed based purely on fandom participation—a true reflection of fan dedication and activism.
