This cassette tape was recorded on the 8th of July 1984, so almost 31 years ago from upload! It is a part recording one of Tony Williiams' Rockers FM radio shows on BBC Radio London which went out on Sunday afternoons. Here TW goes all out with the delay and synth effects and he has a special guest, Ranking Dan, from Jacksonville USA, sharing the deejay duties.
Artists include Dennis Brown, Al Campbell, Frankie Paul, Barrington Levi, Leroy Smart and many more. Lovers, roots and dancehall styles all feature on an exuberant show which went out in the middle of a hot, hot, hot summer's Sunday.
This tape is the flip of the side recording of David Rodigan's Roots Rockers show featuring Dennis Brown at Reggae Sunsplash which was the day before on 7/7/84.
