Will Roundtree turned his life around from low-income to build a multi-million dollar company all from the lessons he learned from failure, and in this talk he tells you how. In 2005, Will moved to Las Vegas, Nevada from the Midwest with little money, yet big dreams. Very quickly, Will learned the importance of credit after receiving denials to lease apartments. Will's negative credit history forced him into homelessness and sleeping in my car.
Fortunately, Will remained connected to his hometown support system and an important mentor while he was facing challenges in a new city. Will never forgot his mentor’s phrase, “Eventually credit will become the new dollar.” In fact, Will attribute's his determination to improve his credit to the advice he received from back home, which still fuels his passionate fire for helping people build strong credit.
