I make my second trip to The Buffalo Farm in Fife, only this time I'm joined by Scotsman food and drink writer Cat Thomson in the all-new dairy farm at the Bankhead of Raith.
The Buffalo Farm now produces its own delicious buffalo mozzarella with the extra creamy buffalo milk farmed right here in Scotland.
We speak with farmer Steve Mitchell, get a tour round the cheese making facility and Cat tries her hand at milking these big black beauties with soulful eyes.
