I had previous made a series of videos using the Ambu aScope 4 Slim for Paediatric intubation and while I was very impressed with the ease of use and image quality the main limitation of the device was that the smallest tube that could be used with the device was 4.5mm (without needing to use a guidewire).
When Ambu told me they had a new ENT scope https://www.ambu.com/endoscopy/ent that fitted down a 3.5mm tube I was keen to test it and see if it could be used for neonatal intubation.
