I love sweet potatoes! They are a delicious and super healthy snack, which is a good thing because I could eat them all day long. I used to cook my sweet potatoes in the oven, but I have found that to get them to the desired sweetness it took forever. So I started cooking them in my instantpot and with a 30 minute cook time I have never looked back!
