Roy Koopa's Breathtaking Opera! (Fan Animation)

So, Roy Koopa has been an absolute blast in Mario Kart 8 and its all thanks to how they characterized him. More than any
of the other characters he always sounds like he's having a GREAT TIME, and it's infectious. The shades and the big goofy
grin certainly help too. So to celebrate all this, I made a short cartoon using his voice clips in convenient ways.


About the voice clips: I had to record them myself from Mario Kart 8. I wish I had access to the raw, clean voice files with
no sound effects on top of them, but I don't! If you're reading this and you can help me out with that, please help!
If I gain access to clean, isolated Roy voice clips from Mario Kart 8, I'll produce a special edition of this cartoon
with a silly bonus scene added. :)

UPDATE ON THAT (1/20/2015): I found an actual clean rip of all his voices! Now the encore can happen!! WWWWOOOOAAAAHHHH!!!!!

This was animated in Toon Boom Harmony, with the lighting and effects added on with Adobe After Effects.
The music at the end is "1940's Slow Dance" from the YouTube Audio Library (I love this feature!!)

Thanks for everyone who stuck through that drought of the last few months. I have a couple long term projects cooking now, but I plan to post entertaining updates about those going forward.
