Ulysses contract or Ulysses pact is a story of a clever Greek hero who beat his temptations before they could arise. He was the first hero to accomplish the feat.

In this video we look into what the scientist call “commitment device”. Which is the same thing as Ulysses contract. We see how one may utilize this strategy in today’s day and age. It is a very effective method and should be used in any areas of life for unavoidable amazing results.
