Speed run seems to be the go-to for Heart of the Swarm! For this one, work your way through the initial stage normally. Once you get your base, start a macro hatch for larva and then go full zergling production.
Wait for the Flash Freezes to start before attacking the Protoss spires. Destroy one tower in the first freeze, then towers 2 and 3 during the second freeze. If done right, you should be well within the 9 minute requirement!
