For me, the theory part of ICT is quite content-heavy. It's mostly about memorisation and basic logical thinking though in my opinion, there isn't that much understanding required. As other people have said lots of compare and contrast, and I mean LOTS.
The two practical paper of ICT were honestly a pain. 2.5 hours for each paper so in total 5 hours of practical. (although the exams will be spread out into two days) For 1 of the papers, it's about word processing and presentations, and the other one is data processing like databases and spreadsheets. My strategy for practicals was basically doing as much as past papers as possible. There are also quite a lot of paper walkthroughs on YouTube, the channel I often watched is Evans Chikasa.
