One day VIP Check Up experience at Memorial Hospital in Istanbul Turkey

Описание: My experience at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey in January 2025 doing the one day VIP check up. 100% recommend. There are multiple hospitals. I was assigned this one based on my hotel/pickup location.

The paperwork said to wear a dress. Not sure why. I would recommend sports bra, tshirt, yoga pants/joggers, easy slip on shoes. You do take things on and off a lot.

I did opt out of 3 parts because I did not need those. Here was my schedule for the day:

8:00am - Pickup at Hotel
8:30am - Arrived at Memorial Hospital
Filled out 1 page checkin form, need passport here
Moved to waiting room that was very hot, waited approximately 10 minutes.

Blood Draw
EKG
Mammogram
Chest X-Ray
9:30am - Waiting Room
Thyroid, breast & abdominal ultrasounds
Urine & stool samples, be prepared for this.

10:00am - went to breakfast/brunch
The staff comes to your table with a special menu. My breakfast was 10/10.
You can order coca-cola, etc for additional fee. You will pay at cash register when you leave.

12:30 - Met with Doctor, checked thyroid, underarms and breast. Gave recommendations on things.

Bone density scan

1:00 - Met with heart doctor, he did heart test/photo, stress test, 3 minutes for each speed on the treadmill.

Back to waiting room for internal medicine. She was at lunch so this took the longest, but wasn't actually that long. She went over all bloodwork, made recommendations, did physical exam. She was wonderful.

2:30 - got myself some Starbucks (it's in the lobby) and car picked me up to take me back to hotel
