I want to be clear from the start: this is NOT a video meant to bash, defame, or degrade any individual, leader, or church organization. I am not sharing names, private communications, or confidential information. What I am sharing is my lived experience, my spiritual journey, and the impact certain church practices had on my faith, mental health, and relationship with God.
I waited months before recording this. I prayed, reflected, and took accountability for my own mistakes and sought clarity before deciding to speak. This video comes form a placed of healing and obedience - not bitterness or revenge. Church hurt is real and many believers silently carry confusion, fear, and anxiety because they don't feel safe naming what they experience.

My intention is to shed light, offer language to those who may be struggling, and remind people that leaving a church does NOT mean leaving God.

Everything shared here is my opinion and personal experience, which I am legally and constitutionally allowed to speak on. Sharing one's own story, truthful and without defamation - is lawful and protected speech.
