Soak half cup mosoor dal for 10 minutes and wash it. Take one cup moringa leaves and wash it nicely. Now take a pressure cooker, add the mosoor dal, moringa leaves, few pieces of tomato, little turmeric and cook it for two or three whistle. Then, give a nice tadka to it. Take a pan, add little oil to the hot pan, add panch foron, 2/3 dry red chilli, few onion slices and saute them nicely, then add the boiled dal and add salt to taste. Serve hot with hot rice or roti and enjoy your lunch !!!
