Deepcool LE 360 V2 maybe the best budget 360mm aio!
I wasn't expecting much, but i was pleased to see that Deepcool have played a blinder here!
The combination of improved motors, fans and pump housing have produced a really cost effective CPU cooler that is quiet yet powerful and pretty easy to install.
The key question is availability and pricing. After a search online there are few stockists and prices are changing daily, but this looks to be around the £70 mark here in the UK and at that price it isn't ultra cheap, but certainly in the lower end of the spectrum and is well worth spending a little more for the quailty and performance.
