Welcome to the Simarchy Channel! This series, The Sims 3 House Hunting, focuses on a specific Sims family in search of their new dream home! In each episode I, Real Estate Agent Stephanie of Simarchy Realty, will introduce the family. I'll show some footage of them while living at their current home, give a brief description of what type of house they are looking for, reveal their top 4 to 5 items on their wish list, and then showcase 2 houses that could potentially fit their needs. That's right, we'll be house hunting!! After touring both homes and giving the pros and cons, the family will choose their new dream home! If there's any Simoleons left in their budget, we may use it to refurnish or remodel the home, which will be in the form of a speed build. Finally, we'll showcase the family enjoying their new dream home! The family and their new home will be available for download, as well as the two houses showcased in the house hunting. I will be taking Sim's families as applicants. Unfortunately I won't be able to accept everyone's submissions, but I will find dream homes for as many Sims as I can! The application questions are written out at the end of this description so you can submit your family as a referral to Simarchy Realty!
