Slay the Spire 2 is a roguelike deck-building game developed by Mega Crit, released in Early Access on Steam on March 4, 2026, as the sequel to the 2019 hit Slay the Spire.

Players climb a procedurally generated spire across acts like Overgrowth, Hive, and Glory, battling enemies with unique decks for five characters: returning Ironclad, Silent, and Defect, plus new Necrobinder (minion-summoning) and Regent (star resource and forging mechanics).

Key additions include Alternate Acts for path variety, Enchantments for card customization, status effect sharing in co-op (up to 4 players), evolved enemies, new relics/potions, and a Timeline metagame unlocking lore and features
