Bruce the Polar Bear is the third in a series of 6 new Christmas cake videos we have lined up before Christmas 2019. He is super happy and all set for Christmas, we hope you enjoy the video.
We have used Fruit cake in our video but this can easily be switched for a regular sponge cake if you prefer. If using regular sponge cake then you will not need the marzipan and can look to replace this with either buttercream or ganache.
