Does your clutch feel like it's slipping, chattering, or just not working correctly? It's most likely time to replace it, or at the very least, inspect the clutch components for wear. So, in this video we show you the proper procedures on how to inspect and replace the clutch on a Yamaha YZ250 but the steps shown here will be similar for 1999 and newer YZ125 and YZ250 or BRC yzm500 models.
How to replace your dirt bike clutch. We used a yz250 bike but is the same or very close for honda CR, CRF, KTM sx, Suzuki RM and RMZ or Kawaski kx.
