The Google Pixel 9 Pro will be releasing next month, but the Google Pixel 8 Pro is still 100% worth your money in 2024. Period. For around $500, you can find a terrific condition Pixel 8 Pro that would give you an premium design, beautiful screen, competitive battery life, the best cameras, the quickest security updates (for 7 years!), and so much more. This is easily my favorite phone as of July of 2024. Even if the Pixel 9 Pro is better, once it releases, is it worth the extra money? I find it hard to believe that it will.
