Here's the chord melody arrangement of On Green Dolphin Street
For this recording, I tried holding a pick with thumb and middle finger mostly. For some reason it sounded better, partly because I was able to use more elbow motion.
One of the reason why I changed the picking style for this one is because it looked a little uncomfortable when I saw it on the camera when I used a index finger. I tried some variations of forms and it felt better at the end.
My recommendation is practice with mirror or record yourself once in a while to see if there's anything you want to change. A lot of time the look reflects playing, the more relaxed/focused it look the better we sound.
