Spaghetti Westerns were often filmed in Italy and Spain. Doctor Video visits San Salvatore in Sardinia, Italy - a typical spaghetti western movie set. Think of Once Upon a Time in the West or The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. Sergio Leone filmed many scenes, including the famous graveyard shoot out in Europe.
