** disclaimer **
the modification I made to the eshopps eclipse may not apply to your tank. In this case I bought one size larger than needed for more skimming action and less drainage into my sump when the pump is off.
You may not need to make this modification if you buy the correct size eclipse and if you have enough flow. The downside is you will have less skimming effect and will be wasting more space in your sump to account for drainage.
Modify at your own risk!
