Описание: Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one position of Student Internship under Department of Science and Technology – Science and Engineering Research Board – Early Career Research Award (DST-SERB-ECRA), Govt. of India, sponsored Project entitled “Design and Development of a W-band Front-end for Imaging Applications using SiliconGermanium Technology”.

Eligibility
Essential: Pursuing 3rd year/4th-year B.Tech/BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering. First-class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale

Desirable: 1. Basic knowledge of transmission lines/ microwave active and passive circuits such as microwave amplifier/ mixer/ oscillator, filters, couplers etc. 2. Ansys HFSS/Keysight ADS/Cadence Virtuoso simulation software.
