Grammar cookie for today is the use of the verbs with
Present Simple/Indefinite Tense.
The following verbs are not normally used in the Present Continuous Tense:
to like, to love, to hate, to want, to need, to prefer, to know, to realise, to suppose, to mean, to understand, to believe, to remember, to belong, to fit, to contain, to consist, to seem, to see, to hear.
Example:
I realise how difficult it is to bring up a child.
He hates it when I sing in shower.
