Here is a 50 minute full body workout video. There are four circuits that you can do for three sets and twelve repetitions of every exercise. If you are short on time, you can do 1 or 2 sets of everything.
Circuit 1:
A1. Split squat to front kick
A2. Squat to lateral walk
A3. Sumo squat to shoulder press
B1. RDL to bent over row
B2. Lying pullovers
B3. Kneeling bent over front raise
C1. Lateral bent arm raise to lateral arm extension
C2. Kneeling hip rotation to shoulder press
C3. Front raise to tricep extension
D1. Elevate arm Russian twist
D2. Leg raise to crisscross
D3. Single leg V-ups
