HOMEMADE BADUSHA is the very famous dessert during festival season in Indian Festival, in North India known as Balushahi , but in South India , we called and known as Badusha. The specialty of Badusha though it is dipped in Sugar Syrup and become wet, but nature is outer will be Crispy and inner Badusha will be so soft.

HOMEMADE BADUSHA INGREDIENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1 Maida flour 250 Gms
2 Salted Butter 50 Gms
3 Baking Soda ½ Tea spoon
4 Table salt 1 Pinch
5 Sugar 400 Gms
6 Rose Essence 5 Drops
7 Cardamom powder ¼ Tea spoon
8 Pista finely chopped in small pieces for Garnish 5 to 6 Nos
