Описание: Espen Mathiesen is Professional Jiu Jitsu Black Belt athlete fighting out of Norway and has won the IBJJF European Open, Pan Championship and the AJP Abu Dhabi World Pro to name a few. With a technically and analytical approach to jiu jitsu, he has a wealth of knowledge in all areas and recently I got to attend one of his seminars on De La Riva and Berimbolo. Afterwards, we managed to sneak in a roll Espen, and even a small interview.
