Renting an apartment in North Cyprus is quite expensive base on the city, nearness to bus stop, size and age of the building. I consider it expensive because i am an African living in North Cyprus and the local currency used here is Turkish lira but it's very affordable for the British that's why we have alot of British tourist here. Although you can get a good apartment base on your budget but you have to compromise a bit.
1 + 1 ranges from 200£ to 350£.
2 + 1 ranges from 300£ to 600 £.
3 + 1 ranges from 350£ to 650£.
