On this episode I continue with the ongoing restoration of this 1979 Kenworth W900A truck to turn it into a tribute movie truck to the one used in the 1977 classic movie Smokey and the Bandit with Burt Reynolds, Jerry Reed and Jackie Gleason. If you haven’t seen it yet, what are you waiting for??? “What’s a Texas county-mountie doin’ in Arkansas?”

This time out I’m working on re-installing the bunk I removed last year back on the truck. This is also a big milestone episode in that it’s the 1st time #Project Snowman has moved in over a year since I parked it to begin the restoration. However, when I was ready to put it back on the truck I realized that it would be way easier to install the new interior (manufactured by the DayCab Company) while it was still sitting on the shop floor. So that’s what I ended up spending the rest of the time on and based on the learnings from the interior install on the Peterbilt project (Little by Little) this went much smoother and quicker.

Then in the 2nd half of the video, I go on a special #OnTheHunt to meet a really big fan who wanted to donate a little something to project #IronDuke ... thanks again Don!
