This workshop is an exploration of the healing power of silence, sound, and sacred space.
The group begins by arriving in the body, bringing awareness to hearing and breath. Connect with the voice in an organic way through meditations and techniques that bring liberation from fears and limitations of the mind.
Learn and sing songs from a variety of traditions to connect with the elements of nature and the Great Spirit.
All these tools come together in the Maloka beside the river, bringing all of these new learnings into a ceremonial space. The group will raise the songs as prayer around a sacred fire, carried on the wings of the medicine of the Andes.
