The Nabalis Crescent has an interesting design feature that could cause you to break your balisong if you're not careful. The g10 has some tabs that slot into the aluminum handles to keep them together better which is great, but you have to be aware of this when trying to take it apart or you may break it. Just slide your scales up after removing the pivots and you'll be free to pull them up as normal.
Small note, this feature is not part of the serialized first production batch of 200 black and purple Crescents. But it should be like this for all other Crescents.
