The 3rd chapter of the Prison Architect campaign mode, G.A.B.O.S. This campaign took me a very long time to figure out. Sometimes the story would not progress because I didn't meet certain conditions and didn't understand why. This was my 4th successful attempt along with all the end of story optional tasks.
Tips:
Make sure you check to see if all the cell blocks are actually done.
the solitary confinement cells need to be labeled only for the actual cells, not the entire room.
hire a ton of guards.
